BrazosValleyBusiness.com has been established to provide members of and visitors to our wonderful community, a Free directory and information resource of our local businesses and the businesses that service our area, while at the same time, providing Free Business Listings and an affordable “Upgrade” advertising platform as well for these businesses.
BrazosValleyBusiness.com is the core, or hub, of our community network of websites, each of which has a smaller, more local directory and listing system available as well as a link to the bigger directory, Brazos Valley Directory , which offers a place for businesses and/or their customers to list website and physical address information for any business, anywhere. This directory is available to everyone, so add your business, and get found.
You will also find links to our local sites, BrazosCountyBusiness.com, BurlesonCountyBusiness.com, and WashingtonCountyBusiness.com, this all may sound a bit complicated at first, but it really is not, we have done this because many of our areas overlap, just because a business is physically located in Burleson County, in Snook for example, they may also service other surrounding areas, the idea being that if a business is listed in the Burleson County site, the consumer, living in Burleson County will be able to use that business. If you ever find a business in the local directories that does not do work in that area, or is somehow listed in the wrong area, please report it so that it can be removed or changed.
Our Mission Statement, is to provide accurate and up-to-date, business listings, events scheduling, and connectivity to our community. Everything from A-Z is the goal, all of course provided Free to our site visitors and much of which, by our site visitors. Businesses will be able to purchase, “upgrade” ads, the funds from which will be used to promote the local network. We are not intending to be a non-profit organization, just an affordable way to get your business noticed and help those looking for what your business provides, to find it.
Now, on to the community part of this website, you will find the “Open Discussion” page, the “Blog“, and a “Support Forum” should you have any questions or need help with something, members may also post tips and start topics as well, all of these areas use the same login information, once you register, you will be able to participate everywhere but the “big” directory, which has a separate registration/sign-in form. Also, as a member of this community, you will automatically be signed up to submit articles about your business or good or bad experiences, upcoming events and so on, they will have to be viewed and approved before they show up in the Blog, but, once in, they will be there for others to share, and if you write an article at one of the local sites, it will automatically appear here.
